Abstract:
This paper develops a conceptual framework to enhance project management practices among women entrepreneurs in event management. By addressing unique challenges such as balancing work-life responsibilities, overcoming gender biases, and accessing resources, the framework leverages strengths like creativity and communication skills. It includes practical strategies and tools for effective planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous evaluation. The framework's application in real-world scenarios is discussed, providing actionable recommendations for women entrepreneurs. The paper also identifies future research directions, including empirical validation, case studies, technology integration, cross-cultural analysis, and longitudinal studies, to further refine and expand the framework.
